We are pleased to announce that we are rebuilding the Canadian ShopFactors Commissary website to bring you a better shopping experience. The site will be released on November 20th, 2023. You will be notified via an invitation email to begin shopping at the store.

You must click the "Activate" button in the invitation email and set a new password before you can shop. To find the email in your inbox, try searching for the term "SF23". If you haven't received the invitation email yet, it should be coming soon.

NEW FEATURES:

The new site looks quite similar, but has several great upgrades.

1. No more QR code at checkout:

Great news: You no longer need a QR code to use your discount when shopping in-person. The commissary team is now able to check your balance and scan your code by looking you up in the system.

2. Cleaner navigation:

The website now features cleaner navigation organized by brands, benefits and categories such as Age, Herbs & Plants, Minerals, Supplements and Vitamins.

3. Better Search:

We've heard your feedback and have implemented a much more intuitive search function. It's now easier than ever to find what you're looking for.

4. Out-of-stock notifications:

When your favourite products are sold out, you can now sign up to be automatically notified when they're back in stock.

5. More Product Information:

We now feature more information on the product page that is organized into tidy categories.

6. Store Credit easier:

We now feature two places for checking your store credit balance. First is on the Store Credit page, which also shows you how to use your credit. You can also find your store credit code and check your balance from any page of the site using this widget in the bottom corner. Simply copy your code and paste it into the shopping cart to apply your credit.

7. Cleaner options for pick-up locations:

Lastly, the site now features a cleaner interface for selecting satellite office pickup locations in the lower mainland of BC.
